In this role you will lead commercial enablement for Smith+Nephew's Orthopaedics sales in the SOEUR region, helping field teams apply product know-how and selling skills to win in their territories. You’ll design and deliver product, sales and coaching training, plus field coaching to embed consistent selling behaviours. Working with sales leadership, marketing and HR, you enable a capable, confident, and certified sales organisation. This position blends strategy translation with hands-on field impact in a multi-country, travel-heavy environment.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in sales enablement or commercial training within medical devices, preferably Orthopaedics
• Ability to deliver product, sales and coaching xghoner training
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian and/or Portuguese a strong advantage
• Strong commercial acumen, facilitation and coaching skills
• Autonomy and resilience in a field-based, multi-country environment
• Travel up to 50% (Spain-based, ideally Barcelona)
