In accordance with Agency policy and procedures, the incumbent:
1. Enters, verifies and retrieves financial data in the Agency's ERP system in accordance with the applicable financial rules and regulations.
2. Prepares documentation in respect of financial transactions arising out of the Agency's various activities and ensures that the transactions are properly documented and correctly calculated and coded, and in conformity with contracts/agreement provisions, policy, Financial Technical Instructions (FTI) and Budget Technical Instructions (BTI). xghoner
3. Maintains or administers the maintenance of financial agreements, ensures the proper recording of all payments under these agreements.
