Language Requirement: Spanish speaker
Location Preference: IT office is in Madrid, Spain. Good to be local to come to office as needed but not mandatory.
Role Summary: We are looking for an IT Application Support Analyst able to support a WMS application in Madrid.
This person will be responsible for the maintenance of the WMS V10 system to support warehousing and distribution activities within the Healthcare sector.
Manages incident resolution and full ticket lifecycle through JIRA, ensuring timely and effective issue handling.
Ensures compliance with operational standards and contributes to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery and system performance.
