- Provide day-to-day application and tool support for UNICC and partners.
- Perform database administration for MSSQL and open-source databases.
- Resolve Tier-2 application issues; escalate Tier-3 issues as needed.
- Assist in the evaluation, configuration, and installation of new software releases.
- Support structural changes and upgrades to applications.
- Aid in deployment of tools and implementation of operational support processes.
- Respond to application-related queries from remote end users.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training sessions on application functionality.
- Develop and update technical documentation and system reports.
- Attend operational and other relevant meetings.
- Provide 24 7 standby and on-call support; work in shifts when required.
- Offer additional ad hoc support to other teams or projects as requested by senior management.
