Customer Service Advisors for an e-commerce project based in
Benalmádena, Málaga. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an
international team while supporting customers with world-class
service. Your Role Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as
customer requests via Live Chat and email. Support customers with
questions about orders, products, and promotions, always ensuring a
professional and friendly approach. Process calls redirected from
stores and register them accurately in the ticketing system. Follow
established procedures and project guidelines to ensure consistent
service. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and
continuously improving customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively
with colleagues, communicating quickly and effectively across
different channels. Meet performance targets while ensuring quality
in every interaction. Potential to handle customer inquiries via

Dutch and good English (both written and spoken). Previous
experience with computer systems and CRM tools, with the ability to
multitask across them. Customer-friendly, patient, and able to
manage difficult situations with professionalism and positivity.
Punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive in developing knowledge
about services, procedures, and products. Strong teamwork and
communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-changing
