Requisitos principales
10+ years in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors At least 5 years in a C-level position Proven success in scaling companies internationally and securing substantial investment Deep knowledge of biotechnology applications in sustainability, urban development, or environmental innovation Strong interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build consensus Advanced degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency advantageous leadership and people development strategic thinking cross-cultural communication strategic planning fundraising and investor management global market development
