Overview In this role you will support large-scale transformation programs across Europe, focusing on change management, communications, learning, and business readiness. You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare for change, engage stakeholders, and accelerate adoption of new ways of working. You will shape change strategies, develop materials, and help build capability across organizations. Responsabilidades

Support change management activities across transformation projects Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments Prepare and execute communication and engagement plans Create communication materials, newsletters, intranet content,



and updates Design and develop training materials and enablement resources Coordinate change champion networks Support business readiness and adoption tracking Prepare client deliverables and project documentation Organize workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments Research, analyze stakeholder feedback, and identify adoption risks and opportunities Track communication, training, and adoption metrics Contribute to proposals and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requisitos principales

1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, Project Management, Consulting, or related fields Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to create professional presentations and materials Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team-based and international collaboration capability Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams; experience with Microsoft 365 tools Exposure to AI tools (Copilot or ChatGPT) is a strong asset Power BI experience is a plus Fluent French and English (spoken and written); Spanish or other languages a plus Willingness to travel nationally and internationally Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Curiosity and willingness to learn new methodologies Positive, collaborative mindset Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word
