You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape GTM strategy and customer experience. Responsabilidades

.Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close Conduct discovery sessions, product demos,



and solution presentations with IT/Operations decision-makers Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing to shape demos and future product direction Track and forecast opportunities in HubSpot CRM and align with the founding team

Requisitos principales

1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably IT/Cloud/Operations Native or bilingual German, professional English Strong consultative selling and discovery skills Organized, analytical, and forecast-driven Passion for technology and the SaaS space Entrepreneurial mindset Tech curiosity Proactive and experimental mindset Empathy and strong listening skills Adaptability in fast-paced environments HubSpot CRM usage SaaS sales fundamentals
