Задачи: Manage and investigate application incidents; Support business users and coordinate with appropriate technical teams; Configure and maintain the Collibra platform or a similar Saa S solution; Manage APIs, connectors, and application settings across Development, QA, and Production environments; Open and follow up vendor tickets; Identify software defects; Support application upgrades; Stay aligned with new software releases; Implement configuration changes to meet business requirements.
