Overview In this role you identify and win new Large Enterprise clients, building trust-based partnerships with C-level executives to uncover value aligned with their strategic priorities. You own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and smoothly transition new clients to the account management team. You’ll continually grow a high-quality pipeline, forecast accurately, and contribute to Gartner’s growth in the Large Enterprise segment. This is a high-impact, collaborative role in a company at the center of the AI revolution.

Identify and pursue new-to-Gartner opportunities within Large Enterprise prospects Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close and transition to account management Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline to meet KPI targets Provide the right mix of insight, guidance and tools to deliver client value Manage complex, high-revenue deals across matrixed organizations Own forecasting and quarterly/annual account planning

Requisitos principales

5+ years of B2B sales experience in complex, intangible environments Experience selling to or influencing C-Level executives Fluent in German and English Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Willingness to travel Bachelor's degree desired relationship-building results-driven collaboration strategic thinking communication
