Overview As a Consultant in AI & New Technologies, you help translate business needs into AI-driven solutions for industrial challenges. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and operationalize agentic AI systems and foundation-model-based solutions. You’ll contribute to shaping Siemens Advanta’s AI strategy and enterprise architectures in a dynamic, international setting. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to design and implement agentic AI systems Develop production-grade code and integrate AI solutions in OT/IT environments Architect enterprise AI solutions and translate client requirements into technical approaches Communicate AI impact to stakeholders at various levels of seniority Prototype novel AI solutions to demonstrate transformative potential Contribute to AI strategy development and thought leadership

Requisitos principales

Outstanding academic degree (Master’s/Diploma/PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields with specialization in Data Science, ML or Data Engineering Experience in building and deploying GenAI applications and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agents SDK) Proficiency in Python for data analytics and AI development Cloud Platform expertise with focus on Azure (including Microsoft Foundry) Knowledge of Data Warehousing & Engineering (Snowflake & dbt) Hands-on AI experience with business/industrial data and IT/OT architectures Consulting experience with data and AI in relevant domains Strong communication skills in English Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset Willingness to learn and collaborate in a diverse, international team Curiosity Team spirit Strong communication GenAI development Agentic AI frameworks Python
