Overview In this role you will support the Accounting Manager to ensure accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day accounting. You will handle supplier invoices, expense capitalization, asset amortization, and document filing while keeping systems up to date. Responsabilidades

Carry out supplier accounting entries including exchange rate differences and invoice adjustments Account for monthly invoices of utilities (electricity, water, phone) Process purchase invoices (no stock)



such as office materials and project expenses Review and book capitalization of expenses Record monthly asset amortization File documents and manage administrative procedures Maintain up-to-date databases for accounts, banks, collections/payments, clients, and suppliers Support billing of non-accounting sales invoices (replacements, samples, repairs)

Requisitos principales

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar field 1-2 years of accounting, finance, or related experience (internships considered) Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Kissflow is a strong plus Basic understanding of accounting principles with experience in supplier invoices, AP, reconciliations and expenses Good organizational and planning skills Strong attention to detail Flexibility Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Kissflow Basic accounting principles and processes
