Overview In this role, you will own the privacy, governance and process-improvement program for HR data and systems. You will partner with HR, IS, Legal and Compliance to ensure GDPR, SOC2/ISO and EU AI Act compliance while eliminating waste and hand-offs in Payroll, Benefits and People Ops. You will map as-is processes, design to-be workflows and lead Lean-driven improvements with global process owners. You will train teams, consolidate knowledge and drive end-to-end governance across HR tech. This is a hands-on role with measurable outcomes in data privacy, audits and continuous improvement, shaping how HR operates at scale.

Responsabilidades

Own and manage privacy assessments and workflows for People Team processes including GDPR compliance Define and enforce data retention policies by HR data domain Handle privacy requests and assess AI-enabled systems for privacy risk Oversee vendor onboarding/offboarding privacy reviews and hosting sign-off Coordinate with Data Owners/Stewards on P-file governance across entities Lead SOC2 and ISO compliance activities for HR systems and audits Manage audit evidence, mitigation plans and remediation with stakeholders Document end-to-end processes, identify waste,



and design standard work with clear ownership Maintain improvement backlog, translate changes into system requirements, support testing and adoption Track realised benefits (time, volume, errors) against estimates Register and classify AI use cases and monitor AI-related risks and governance Design training and change management to embed governance across teams Support privacy/compliance aspects of M&A; and cross-functional initiatives Maintain connectivity across HR systems and data flows including payroll and vendors Communicate with HRLT, IS, Legal and external vendors with credibility Drive initiative from definition to measurable results

Requisitos principales

5+ years in data privacy/GDPR, preferably in HR or People data Strong knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, ISO, EU AI Act and data retention Experience with internal/external audits and evidence-driven remediation Process mapping, SOPs, and translating business needs into standards Familiar with HR systems; OneTrust or LeanIX is a strong plus Lean or continuous-improvement background; Six Sigma green belt desirable Ability to pull and interpret data (Excel, Power BI) to identify issues AI literacy and governance understanding Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Comfort with managing complexity and cross-functional collaboration Proactive, initiative-taking mindset communication and collaboration initiative and drive credibility and tact in stakeholder engagements OneTrust LeanIX Excel
