Overview In this role, you will build AI-driven GTM systems to power revenue motion across multiple markets. You will partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to replace manual, rep-driven work with automated, data-backed plays. You’ll design and test AI-enabled revenue plays from pipeline generation to renewal, treating GTM as a programmable product. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape scalable, guardrailed automation that delivers measurable impact on growth and customer experience.

Build end-to-end AI-driven systems powering the revenue motion Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound motions, tailored by market/language Automate deals onboarding processes, CRM updates, and research handoffs Drive renewal and expansion plays with Customer Success,



surfacing risk early Own data and enrichment pipelines turning multi-source data into clean inputs Experiment, measure outcomes, kill weak plays, and scale successful ones

Requisitos principales

AI and LLMs experience to build GTM systems Strong systems thinking and ability to write decision rules with guardrails Hands-on with Clay or similar enrichment/workflow platforms, API fluency, and comfort with no-code/low-code and light scripting Strong data literacy and comfort with messy, multi-source data B2B SaaS track record in pipeline generation and revenue lifecycle understanding Experimental reflex with outcome-based measurement and fast learning Fluent in English Autonomy and trust-based collaboration Strong communication across cross-functional teams Data-driven decision making AI/LLMs in GTM systems Clay or similar enrichment/workflow platforms API fluency
