Overview In this role you will lead the design, development and qualification of the Combat Aircraft Communications System, spanning HW and SW. You’ll steer lifecycle from offer to flight clearance, ensuring on-time delivery, cost, quality and risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align customer needs with regulatory requirements. This position offers meaningful impact in shaping mission-critical communications for advanced aircraft.

Responsabilidades

Lead the end-to-end development, qualification and certification of the Communications System for Combat Aircraft Manage the engineering deliverables, schedules, cost, quality and risk up to final customer acceptance Coordinate multifunctional teams and liaise with Chief Engineering Office,



Program Office and Customer Oversee the development lifecycle from offer phase to product delivery and flight clearance Input customer needs, constraints and regulatory requirements to drive technical decisions Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with programme objectives

Requisitos principales

Engineering degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications or related field At least 5 years of engineering experience Avionics HW/SW integration experience valued Background in technical team management Background in project management Networking skills Leadership and team motivation skills Strong communication and decision-making capabilities English: negotiation level Spanish: negotiation level Willingness to travel leadership communication decision making Avionics HW/SW integration systems engineering networking
