Overview In this role, you will optimize the end-to-end invoice-to-pay lifecycle across global teams to boost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You will drive automation and standardization of I2 P processes, collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT to improve supplier experience and working capital. You’ll lead transformation initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure controls and regulatory alignment. This is a high-impact position at a integral pharma organization focused on operational excellence and financial integrity. Responsabilidades Design and continuously improve I2 P processes including capture, validation, matching, exceptions, payment execution, and reconciliation Drive deployment of global I2 P solutions and e Invoicing platforms Define SOPs and support global standardization of I2 P processes Specify business requirements for OCR, AI-driven validation, straight-through processing, and payment automation Monitor system performance and collaborate with IT on enhancements Analyze root causes of exceptions, rejections, and late payments; implement preventive measures Design controls to ensure invoice compliance with tax, terms, and contracts Collaborate with internal audit, legal,



and tax for risk mitigation and compliance Define and track I2 P KPIs (cycle time, on-time payment rate, touchless invoices) Use data analytics to identify opportunities and lead transformation initiatives Support cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization through timing strategies Requisitos principales Proven experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a multinational Deep understanding of P2 P processes and best practices Experience with P2 P systems and related technologies SOX knowledge and fundamental accounting principles Project management experience with on-time, on-budget delivery Hands-on experience with E2 E P2 P solutions (SAP, VIM, Coupa, Tungsten, EDICOM) Experience with e Invoicing platforms (commercial and governmental) is a plus Healthcare and/or life-science industry experience preferred Fluent English (written and spoken) Independent worker and strong team player in a global setup Influencing and stakeholder management Strong written and verbal communication OCR and AI-driven invoice validation Straight-through processing Payment automation and clearing automation
