Overview In this role you design, build and operate governed data products on Microsoft Fabric to transform Operations data into trusted analytics, reporting and AI insights. You will set engineering standards, guide the team, and ensure secure, scalable data pipelines and semantic models. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to support Service Operations use cases at scale and drive responsible AI-driven delivery. Compensaciones / Ventajas Flex Week: work from home up to 2 days/week Flex Day: flexible workday Flex-Location: up to 30 days/year remote/worldwide Employee Wellbeing: 24/7 EAP and Champion Health Professional Development: Linked In Learning Competitive benefits tailored to locale Responsabilidades Design and evolve end-to-end Microsoft Fabric data architectures (ingestion, medallion/layered models, lakehouse/warehouse layers, semantic models) Own capacity planning, workspace management, access controls and production environments for Fabric Develop and support lakehouses, warehouses, pipelines, notebooks, Spark workloads and reusable components Create scalable Power BI semantic models for Service Operations data (e.g., Service Now Asset management, CMDB, Incident management)



Build metadata-driven ingestion/integration frameworks using SQL, Python/Py Spark, APIs and enterprise connectors Implement CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, alerting, recovery and documentation Embed data quality, lineage, governance, privacy and security controls throughout data lifecycle Apply ITIL, Service Now CMDB and CSDM knowledge to preserve operational meaning and relationships Use AI responsibly to improve engineering delivery and prototype high-value Service Operations use cases Advise senior stakeholders, lead technical design and coach junior engineers without formal people-management responsibility Requisitos principales 5+ years in data engineering/analytics engineering or data-platform roles with production ownership Hands-on delivery with Microsoft Fabric or comparable modern lakehouse; Fabric expertise strongly preferred Experience with enterprise data and semantic modelling, shared-platform ops, CI/CD and technical design leadership Service Now, CMDB/CSDM, IT Service Management or enterprise operations experience desirable clear communication stakeholder influence pragmatic problem solving Microsoft Fabric administration (One Lake, lakehouse/warehouse patterns) Data Factory, notebooks, Spark Power BI semantic models, DAX
