Job Description: The Senior Legal Counsel will act as a primary legal partner for assigned European and international matters, taking the lead within that remit and coordinating with the integral Legal team, central functions and specialist external counsel where appropriate. The role will have a primary focus on complex commercial contracting, corporate governance and the legal integration of acquired businesses. It will require an experienced, commercially minded lawyer capable of working independently in an international and fast-moving environment.

Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of domestic and cross-border supply, procurement, services, framework and other strategic B2B agreements. Advise on risk allocation, warranties, liability, indemnities,
