In this role, you enable project delivery by capturing and analyzing user and business needs to align outcomes with the service vision and business strategy. You will perform current and future state analyses, design process improvements, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure feasibility, drive transformation, and support implementation to adoption. Responsabilidades

- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analyses to identify improvements and transformation needs




- Document current processes with details, pain points, and bottlenecks
- Design future-state processes aligned with business goals and technology enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate designs and ensure alignment with strategy
- Perform gap analysis across technology, people, processes, and regulatory factors
- Develop implementation roadmaps and actionable plans for transformation
- Create process documentation (BPMN, SIPOC, flowcharts) and supporting materials
- Prepare and deliver analytical reports for senior management and cross-functional teams
- Facilitate knowledge
