Overview

As Category Manager for Stamping, Machining, and Die Casting you lead the global ETO procurement strategy for a €160M portfolio, spanning Europe and international plants. You shape category strategy, align regional priorities with global COE, and drive supplier resilience, negotiations, and long-term capability. You partner with cross-functional teams to secure supply security, cost competitiveness, and growth. This role offers high-impact, strategic leadership in a fast-growing, engineering-to-order environment.

Responsabilidades

- Build 3–5 year category strategy and APOP deployment




- Define category strategies aligned with plant, product, local and integral requirements
- Conduct demand and risk assessments to anticipate capacity and supplier readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional strategy execution across G ETO plants
- Lead critical supplier escalations and ensure timely resolutions
- Lead negotiations for MSAs, capacity agreements, and long-term commitments
- Drive supplier engagement through SRM and executive reviews
- Drive YoY productivity via negotiation, supplier changes, QVE and better
