You lead a lean team to maximize facility performance and develop staffing, training, and resolution strategies to meet objectives. You’ll implement controls for safety, quality, and productivity while supporting a culture of innovation and growth. - Evaluate staff levels and identify training and development needs
- Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet objectives; ensure controls for safety, quality, and productivity
