Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end sales for advertisers, expanding ExoClick’s global market presence. You will manage a structured sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and tailor value propositions across formats and devices. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard clients, optimize spend, and expand existing accounts. The position blends client leadership with strategic CRM work in a dynamic, international environment that values innovation and performance.

Responsabilidades

- Manage the full sales lifecycle for potential advertisers:



lead generation, qualification, needs assessment, meetings, value proposition, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain and grow a sales pipeline using a CRM system.
- Engage on social channels (Skype, Facebook, Telegram groups) to identify opportunities.
- Develop monthly/quarterly growth plans for new clients and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Recommend yield strategies, best ad placements, traffic sources, formats, and optimization practices (CPC, smartCPM, retargeting, etc.).
