You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific insights into market-ready products, shaping consumer experiences through innovative formulas. Responsabilidades

- Test new ingredients and design experimental plans
- Create and design formulas in the R&D; Center
- Coordinate product testing (microbiology, safety, efficacy)
- Evaluate formulas and perform risk analysis
- Coordinate homologation testing and data monitoring for quality and feasibility
- Collaborate with packaging team to ensure consumer value
- Coordinate with factories for technical feasibility and on-site scale-up
- Lead manufacturing
