Overview
In this role you ensure accurate statutory reporting and full tax compliance for Spanish entities, acting as the main liaison with auditors and tax advisors. You will support cross-functional teams and treasury, driving high-quality financial reporting and timely tax filings while upholding local GAAP, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate with SSC and corporate teams to optimize processes and safeguard financial integrity, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare statutory financial statements and manage the full statutory reporting process
- Coordinate and act as main contact for external auditors
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance (CIT, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.)
- Manage Effective Tax Rate (ETR) calculations and US tax reporting requirements
