Overview

In this role you are the main contact for customers, sales teams, and distributors from inquiry to delivery. You will coordinate quotations, orders, logistics, and export activities to ensure a smooth customer experience. You work closely with cross-functional teams to manage documentation, data, and payments while upholding company policies. You’ll handle international orders across North Africa, APAC, LATAM, and other markets, contributing to reliable and efficient order execution. This is a dynamic, general role that shapes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

- Communicate daily with customers, sales teams, and agents about inquiries, orders, projects, claims, and product documentation
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and customer documentation
- Coordinate sample requests and technical information with internal departments
- Maintain customer, pricing, contract, and product data in SAP
- Process customer orders, issue order confirmations, and monitor deliveries
- Coordinate transport and export logistics (road, sea, air)
- Prepare export and customs documentation and liaise with freight forwarders, customs, banks, and regulators
