Responsabilidades

Own supply KPIs (Active/New drivers, Retention, NPS, supply volume)Serve as interface between central and local teams, channeling market feedback to influence global program designTranslate integral strategies into regional plans with defined ownership, timelines, and governanceAnalyze driver retention and drive improvements across teamsSupport markets with engagement and acquisition initiatives to meet supply targetsDevelop and optimize driver communications strategies across channels with local and central teamsImprove driver training based on needs and trends in collaboration with Marketing, QoS, and ProductIdentify product experience improvements for new drivers and provide prioritized, data-backed recommendations to product teamsDesign, test,



and scale proactive onboarding and support initiatives for new drivers across journey stages

Requisitos principales

6 years of experience in operations, xhfqzwm strategy, or business operations, preferably in marketplace or mobility, with leadership experienceProven track record scaling operations across multiple markets or European contextsExperience in process design, optimization, and cross-functional project managementStrong data analysis background and use of metrics to drive decisionsFluent in English;
