As Solution Architect for AXA Partners on the CLP area (Credit & Lifestyle Protection business), you will define and drive the architecture on this domain, with the objective to create agile, simple, reliable and cost-effective solutions, to foster innovation, and to reduce the technical debt.You will have a key contribution in the AXA Partners/CLP transformation program to modernize the application landscape and deliver more value to the business.You will have the opportunity to on-board new applications to CLP IT and to progress our Agile/DevOps mission, working with agile teams in multiple locations worldwide.What you’ll be doing:In order to acheive this, you will:Align product roadmaps to the business strategy and general technology visionOptimize product scope to favour teams’ agilityProvide advice, guidance, input and support to squads to realise the architectureProvide architectural designs to make CLP applications cloud native, scalable, resilient and agileSupport architecture governance and compliance to standards and guidelinesWork in a close collaboration with the IT community and be a key partner for the CLP business unit.Be part of an international team composed of around 10 architects supporting the different AXA Partners business units and countries.Produce high level and detailed architectural diagrams and detailed software design documents relating to the supported domainsProduce technology roadmaps based on business knowledge and strategyDesign solutions to deliver applications that are cloud native, scalable,



resilient and agile.Design solutions to integrate group servicesBuild proof of concepts as part of the design processProvide technical awarenessIdentify process improvement opportunities across the business and devise IT solutions to support/capitalise on these opportunitiesContinue to develop knowledge, skills and abilities with technological and business trends as well as current and future technologies in relation to AXA technology roadmapsWork with wider AXA Partners groups and Architecture teamDeliver measurable, quality solutions to functional & non-functional requirements.Add value in all stages of project/support work (definition, development, deployment).Put the customer at the heart of everything you do.What you’ll bring:8+ years or more of experience in ITIn-depth knowledge of IS / IT best practices and data technologiesExperience with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.Good understanding of security principles and compliance rulesStrategic thinking & planning, systemic / big picture approachFunctional and technical expertise in engineering systems design and analysisGood knowledge of agile and DevOps practicesDetailed knowledge of the following:Application Integration patterns, events based, Change Data Capture, MicroservicesContainers and related technologies – Docker, Kubernetes,



PrometheusArchitectural design and implementation of multiple applications/products.REST APIsSystem / Data modellingProgramming languages Java or .net (ability to oversee development activities to ensure adherence to standards)Continuous integration / Continuous deployment / DevOps methodologiesData Centre migration, re-location or consolidation projects.Strong writing and presentation skillsAbility to actively communicate with all levels of staffCapacity to adapt quickly to changes and learn in all circumstancesDisciplined in the execution and ability to synthesizeFluent English.
