MatchMusic is looking for an Account Manager to manage relationships with business clients and provide a high-quality, personalized experience throughout their relationship with the company.

The role involves communicating with clients by email and other written channels, as well as participating in calls and meetings to understand their needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and help them make the most of MatchMusic’s products and services.

Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with MatchMusic’s business clients
- Communicate with clients through email, written channels, calls, and online meetings
- Host client meetings and calls to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Answer questions and assist clients with MatchMusic’s products, services, and platform
- Follow up with clients and potential customers when needed
- Build trust and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services or solutions when relevant
- Coordinate with the MatchMusic team to ensure client needs are properly addressed
- Represent MatchMusic professionally in all client interactions

Requirements




- Fluent English and Spanish , both written and spoken
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable leading client calls and meetings
- Ability to understand client needs and communicate solutions clearly
- Good understanding of digital products, software, and online platforms
- Interest in or knowledge of the music industry and digital music distribution
- Professional, organized, and customer-oriented approach

Nice to Have
- Experience working with artists, record labels, distributors, or music-related companies
- Knowledge of digital music distribution and streaming platforms
- Experience managing B2B clients or business accounts
- Familiarity with SaaS products and digital platforms
- We are not necessarily looking for someone with extensive experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and knowledge of the music ecosystem are what matter most to us.
