This is an office-based aftersales customer care role at our MESA plant. This means:
- ? You will work at our plant in Mungia (Bizkaia) , not at customer installations. No field work or regular travel is required.
- ? You will be the first point of contact for our customers by phone, email and live chat. It is a fast-paced, customer-facing role every single day.

Provide professional aftersales support to Schneider Electric customers for the MESA equipment range, mainly Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) for Primary and Secondary Distribution in low and medium voltage (LV/MV). You will handle customer inquiries, orders, returns and issues from first contact to resolution, making sure every customer gets a prompt, professional and technically accurate answer.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns and requests via phone, email and live chat.
- Provide product information, technical specifications and troubleshooting guidance to resolve issues and ensure optimal use of our equipment.
- Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Sales, Technical Support and Logistics to address customer needs and resolve issues on time.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries and resolutions in the CRM,
keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences.
- Stay up to date on new products, features and industry developments in electrical equipment.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, escalating issues to management when needed and proactively improving the customer experience.

Minimum requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the electrical equipment or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, committed to resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other tools for managing customer interactions and data.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, patience and empathy when dealing with customers, even in challenging situations.
- Advanced level of English.
