At Hyphen, we are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist / Technical Architect with 10–12 years of professional experience, strong site experience, advanced Revit skills and the ability to work confidently in English.

Your role in the team

We are looking for someone who can connect technical design with the practical realities of construction. Someone who enjoys producing drawings, resolving construction details and supporting delivery on site, with sound judgement, the ability to anticipate challenges and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

You will work closely with colleagues, clients, consultants and contractors, contributing to the production of project documentation as well as technical coordination and site monitoring.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Producing and reviewing drawings, construction details and Revit models, ensuring accuracy, consistency and buildability.
- Preparing and developing technical project documentation, including technical reports and specifications.
- Preparing quantity take-offs, bills of quantities and cost estimates, reviewing valuations for payment and assessing the technical and financial implications of variations.




- Monitoring construction progress and quality on site, identifying issues and proposing practical technical solutions.
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants and project teams to resolve clashes and ensure construction aligns with the design.
- Attending site meetings and following up on agreed actions, programme milestones and quality requirements.
- Collaborating with international teams, using English in meetings and professional correspondence.

What we are looking for

- A degree in Architectural Technology, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- 10–12 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong track record in site delivery and technical project documentation.
- Advanced Revit proficiency and experience working in BIM environments.
- A good command of English, enabling you to work independently in an international professional setting.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, building regulations and technical detailing.
- Experience producing drawings, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and construction documentation.
- Strong organisational skills, sound technical judgement and the ability to anticipate project needs.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to share your knowledge with colleagues.
