The Crew Guy seeks a Deck / Dive Instructor with waterman qualities, especially Spearfishing, Freediving and Scuba Diving experience. You’ll join a yacht’s deck team under the Bosun, 2nd Officer and Chief Officer.

Start date 18 October 2026 in Spain, then trips to Puerto Rico, the BVI and Dominica before a Europe shipyard. Rotation is 4 weeks on / 1 off, plus an extra month, with return flight, full medical, and training expenses after probation.
