A leading medical device organisation is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Madrid and the surrounding region, focusing on hip and knee reconstruction implants.

Responsibilities

- Grow sales and market share within the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and hospital stakeholders.
- Support product evaluations, demonstrations and clinical activity.
- Manage distributor relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market activity, competitors and tender opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ recent experience selling hip and knee implants.
- Strong track record in orthopaedic medical device sales.
- Experience working closely with surgeons and hospitals.
- Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across the territory as required.
