is expanding and we are looking for
Customer Service Agents
to join an exciting automotive project, based at our Madrid offices.
Your main responsibilities
Provide multi-channel customer support.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently.
Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards.
What we offer
Permanent contract .
Full-time position (39 hours per week) .
Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday , between 7:50 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Gross annual salary: €22,100
(language bonus included).
Additional bonus
of up to
€400 gross per month
for availability outside regular working hours during weekends.
Paid initial training
lasting
3 weeks , from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Training start date:
03/08/2026 .
A stable role within a general, people-centered company.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service.
Native or bilingual Spanish .
Advanced level of English (minimum C1) .
Portuguese language skills are a plus .
Customer-oriented mindset and good digital skills.
Work location
On-site position
at our Madrid offices:
Paseo Imperial 14, 28005 Madrid .
