Задачи

Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs

Use data insights to make informed decisions and identify areas for product improvement

Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality product features

Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the product experience

Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high standards

Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, aligning teams on progress and priorities

Shape features used by thousands of customers as part of JOIN’s European product development efforts

Требования

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

2–4 Years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS or technology products





Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in Google BigQuery, Amplitude, JIRA, or equivalent tools

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum product development frameworks

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions

Ability to understand and define technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams

Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to create impactful products

Nice to have: SaaS or technology product experience
