In this role, you will navigate the complexities of the German market, onboarding high-potential companies and future "unicorns" in a fast-paced environment. The Role & Challenges

As a trusted advisor, you will manage a portfolio of new clients to develop high-performing PPC campaigns. Your mission is to build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities within your customer base. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Onboarding:

Serve as a consultant to set up results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term sustainability. Client Engagement:

Handle outbound customer calls to promote services, detect objectives, and offer adapted solutions. Growth & Upselling:

Responsible for increasing account spend and implementing campaign upselling strategies. Database Management:

Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database with high-volume daily outreach. Market Insight:

Regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow to interpret insights and personalize client outreach.

What You Bring to the Team

Education:

BA/BS degree (Marketing/Communications preferred) or equivalent work experience. Language Skills:

C2 level proficiency in both German and English

is essential. Experience: 1 year in sales or marketing with a proven track record in high-stakes,



client-facing environments. German Market Expertise:

A deep understanding of German business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems. Tech Savvy:
