Manage the recruitment process for Operations teams in the French market Publish job offers on various platforms and job boards to maximize visibility and attract top talent Develop a strong understanding of industry trends and competition Identify and propose innovative and relevant recruitment channels for finding qualified candidates Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews to assess basic skills, motivation, and fit for the role Act as a partner to hiring managers throughout the process, from defining needs to making final decisions Требования
