? Your missions

- Create, update and classify Configuration Items in the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Identify servers, databases, applications, operating systems, network components and business services.
- Build and maintain relationships between Configuration Items, including dependencies between applications, databases and infrastructure.
- Support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and ITOM activities.
- Collect technical information from SQL databases, infrastructure tools and other data sources.
- Review duplicate, incomplete, outdated or incorrectly classified CI records.
- Support CMDB data quality, reconciliation rules and source ownership.
- Provide configuration information for Change Management, risk assessment and impact analysis.

✍️ Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in CMDB, Configuration Management or ServiceNow consulting.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, Discovery and/or Service Mapping.
- Understanding of servers, operating systems, databases, virtualisation and cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, CI relationships and data quality practices.

Nice to have:

- Experience with IRE, CMDB Health, CSDM, SQL Server, VMware, Remedy or ServiceNow migrations.
- ITIL 4 Foundation or ServiceNow certification.
- Experience working with international infrastructure, application and service management teams.
- Spanish language skills.
