A global company operating in the healthcare and life sciences sector, with a strong presence in Spain. * Shape the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform and advocate for its adoption across the organization. * Provide governance and solution expertise to business units, implementation partners, and governance boards, ensuring alignment with business needs. * Manage the intake and prioritization of ServiceNow demands and requirements, and facilitate alignment within governance structures. * Architect and design ServiceNow solutions that support strategic and operational goals; monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary. * Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices.



* Ensure compliance by collaborating with the ServiceNow account team, workers council, and other stakeholders. * Help define lifecycle processes for hardware and software asset management, focusing on efficiency and regulatory compliance. * Support the use of ServiceNow Discovery and related tools to maintain a reliable and up-to-date asset inventory.
