We are looking for a Collections Specialist with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our client's team on the late shift. You will be responsible for executing all collections activities in line with Company Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Analytics & Monitoring: Conduct daily analytical reviews of assigned accounts using advanced reporting tools and the Collections Tool to identify systemic trends, risk patterns, and dispute drivers.
- Dispute & Exception Management: Manage end-to-end exception workflows and root-cause analysis within the SAP Dispute Management Tool to accelerate resolution times.
- Process Optimization & Reconciliations: Perform complex customer account reconciliations and partner with internal stakeholders to refine dunning strategies and customer communication pathways.
- Cross-Functional Strategy:



Collaborate closely with Commercial, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to streamline overdue reduction initiatives, focusing proactively on unprovisioned portfolio risk.
- Credit Compliance Support: Support the Credit team with data-driven portfolio insights, reviewing blocked accounts and credit statuses to ensure strict adherence to AR Corporate Credit Policy.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Prior collections experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical knowledge of collection processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
