FH Collective Academy is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing. This remote role in Spain involves managing client meetings, demos, and trials, with uncapped commissions on top of a €30,000 gross yearly base. Onboarding starts with 4 weeks onsite in Madrid, costs covered, then you will work fully remotely from Spain. Expect 80–100 outbound calls daily, and performance-driven growth with clear KPIs and quarterly targets.
