**Sessions is a boutique indoor cycling studio in Madrid. We’re looking for a warm, energetic and dependable person to support our clients and keep the studio running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role combining customer service, sales, cleaning and daily studio operations. We need someone who takes pride in excellent service and brings focus, initiative and professionalism to every shift.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients, manage check-ins and assist with bookings.
- Explain and sell class packs and memberships, and follow up with interested clients.
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally in English and Spanish.
- Prepare the studio before classes and reset it between sessions.
- Carry out regular cleaning and housekeeping, including bathrooms, showers, equipment and common areas.
- Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain accurate booking and payment records.

Requirements

- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, fitness or a similar service-focused environment.
- Familiarity with the boutique fitness business model and its emphasis on personal service, memberships and repeat clients.




- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Confidence selling to clients and recommending suitable memberships and class packs.
- Willingness to carry out light to medium cleaning and housekeeping as a regular part of the job.
- Excellent punctuality, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Comfort using booking systems and learning new software.
- Availability to work the agreed schedule throughout December 2026.

Schedule and start date

Part-time, with availability for either:
- Morning shifts: 06:30–11:30
- Afternoon/evening shifts: 17:30–21:00

Start date: as soon as possible.
