Key Responsibilities
Bidding & Scoping:
Breakdown scripts and treatments to generate accurate budgets and shot counts.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and negotiating change orders (overages).
Financial Oversight:
Track project burn rates, approve freelance hires, and manage the P&L; for the show.
Strategy:
Work with Supervisors to determine the most efficient methodology to achieve the creative brief.
What You Bring
Experience:
5+ years in VFX production, with credit on major (Film/TV/Commercial) projects.
Financial Acumen:
Expert proficiency in Excel
and bidding templates.
Tools:
Proficiency with tracking software ShotGrid/Shotgun/Flow .
Diplomacy:
High-level negotiation skills and the ability to say "no" or "yes, but..." effectively.
Bonus Points
Existing relationships with vendors or freelance talent pools.
