¿Qué harás en tu actual puesto?

- Installing, configuring, and commissioning software solutions at customer sites.

- Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure, networking, and integration layers.

- Investigating and resolving software-related issues, escalating complex cases to specialist teams when required.

- Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the support lifecycle.

- Delivering technical training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and local teams.

- Supporting system integrations and ensuring smooth communication between different platforms and technologies.

- Producing and maintaining technical documentation, implementation guides, and service procedures.

- Collaborating with Product, Development, Quality Assurance, and regional support teams to ensure high service standards.

- Managing customer expectations through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support, professional services,



software implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

- Enterprise networking, troubleshooting, and network security concepts.

- Windows operating systems administration and configuration.

- SQL databases and database management fundamentals.

- Virtualization technologies and infrastructure monitoring.

- Cloud environments and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architectures.

- Software integrations and communication protocols.

- Web applications and application server environments.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global teams.

- Excellent customer-facing and communication abilities.

- Willingness to travel internationally up to 5 - 10% of the time.
