In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the support needed regarding our products and services. Responsibilities

Assist Hebrew-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services Deliver exceptional and personalized support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly,



employing a professional and empathetic approach Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve more complex customer issues as needed Stay informed about product developments and company policies to provide up-to-date support Requirements

Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or international environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service excellence Ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment A willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new culture with paid relocation support Benefits
