We are looking for C2 German speakers to join our growing Customer Support teams in Madrid and Valencia. If you enjoy solving problems, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of an international setting, this role is a great fit for you.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality support and a smooth experience across all interactions.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone

Provide clear and effective support in German

Collaborate with international teams to improve customer experience

Maintain high service standards

Contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

C2 level German proficiency

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset





Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

Previous customer support experience is a plus
