Operate manual fallbacks for automated product features to maintain seamless customer experiences

Identify recurring patterns and friction points in manual workflows

Collaborate with the Product team to implement operational improvements

Requirements

Fluent written and spoken English

High attention to detail and satisfaction in running daily, structured operational processes

Proactive, can-do attitude with discipline to maintain quality across routine tasks

Eagerness to learn new tools and systems, especially modern Product and Operations platforms

Strong problem-solving instincts; ability to follow established protocols while thinking critically about edge cases

Passion for technology startups and curiosity about the SaaS industry

Ability to work from the Barcelona office 3 days per week
