About the school

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Marketing Content & Audiovisual Assistant based at the BSB Castelldefels campus, commencing August 2026. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team delivering high-quality visual content across a dynamic, multi-campus international school environment. Key responsibilities

Capture, edit and produce high-quality photo, video and graphic content for marketing campaigns, social media, the website, presentations and promotional materials. Adapt audiovisual and graphic pieces into different formats for specific channels, audiences and campaign objectives. Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials. Maintain an organised library of visual and audiovisual assets.



Manage multiple social media channels with fast, relevant and high-quality visual content. Monitor content performance through monthly reporting and analysis, providing insights to optimise future campaigns. Requirements

1–3 years of experience, or strong practical training, in audiovisual content production, photography, video editing and visual content creation. Vocational training, technical studies or a degree in Audiovisual Production, Graphic Design, Media, Digital Content Creation, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Good written and verbal communication skills in English at First Certificate level or above, together with Spanish; Catalan is an advantage. Current driving licence and regular use of a vehicle to work across all BSB campuses. Benefits & package
