Contract: Temporary for the first 3 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent afterwards

Salary: €21,000 gross/year + €1,200 annual SRV bonus

Schedule: Shift-based

Afternoon Shift: 15:00–00:00

Shift Rotation: Candidates should be comfortable with an equal balance between morning and afternoon shifts

Your Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to customers while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Handling customer requests and inquiries in a professional manner

Communicating with customers in German

Using Spanish at B2 level as required for the role

Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions

Ensuring clear, accurate and professional communication throughout each interaction

Following established customer service procedures and guidelines





Contributing to a positive customer experience and high service quality

Working effectively within a team and adapting to different shift schedules

Requirements

Fluent German

B2 level of Spanish

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment

Flexibility to work both morning and afternoon shifts

Availability to work on-site in Valencia

Full-time availability

Training Full training will be provided before starting the role.

Training availability is required according to the following schedule:

First 3 weeks: 09:00–15:00

Following period: 09:00–16:00

Final week: 09:00–17:00

Candidates should be fully available throughout the training period.

Contract & Career Opportunity The position initially starts with a

3-month temporary contract , with the intention of converting it into a

permanent contract afterwards .

The role requires flexibility, as there will be an

equal balance between morning and afternoon shifts .

Compensation

€21,000 gross annual base salary

€1,200 annual SRV bonus

Total potential annual compensation: up to €22,200 gross, depending on eligibility for the bonus
