About The Role As a Spa Therapist, you will act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, providing high‑quality spa treatments while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests. This is an operational position with a

rotating schedule , including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to spa and hotel operational needs. You will work closely with the Spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Performing massage, facial, and body treatments in accordance with established standards and guest expectations

Delivering all treatments based on current licensure and professional guidelines

Assessing guest needs and identifying any contraindications prior to treatments

Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire service experience

Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and universal precautions

Cleaning and disinfecting treatment rooms, tools,



and equipment daily

Maintaining excellent product knowledge and understanding ingredients and their benefits

Recommending retail products and home care routines to guests

Promoting additional treatments and spa services when appropriate

Starting and finishing treatments on time, respecting scheduled appointments

Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared according to spa standards

Recording client preferences, treatment notes, and maintaining guest history cards

Informing management of product needs and stock shortages

Attending team meetings and scheduled training sessions

Reporting any incidents or guest concerns to management promptly

Supporting overall spa operations and completing assigned side duties

Qualifications

Professional training in aesthetics, massage, or body therapies

Valid license or certification in massage/aesthetic therapies in accordance with regulations

Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel environment is an asset

Strong skills in massage, facial, and body treatments

Excellent customer service skills and a strong service‑oriented mindset

Ability to build trust and connect with guests





Ability to explain treatments and recommend products in a professional manner

Organized, dynamic, and able to manage multiple tasks

Positive, energetic, and motivating attitude

Professional appearance and discretion when dealing with clients

Team player

Versátil schedule (shift work, weekends, and public holidays)

Spanish required; English is a plus
