The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree in English, English Literature, or a related subject

Recognised teaching qualification/licensure

Experience teaching English Language and/or English Literature at secondary level

Proven experience teaching IGCSE and A Level English

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Passion for literature, language, and student achievement

Ability to inspire and challenge learners of varying abilities

Commitment to continuous professional development

EU citizenship or existing rights to work in Spain preferred for some positions
